Welcome to The Silent Philosopher, where she reads between the lines…

… where she questions what’s been passed down as truth, especially when that truth has silenced her voice for centuries.
I created this space as a home for not just “philosophy” as we know it, but to include the feminine voice, both the silenced one from the past and the present.
I created this space for quiet thinkers, the deep feelers, the seekers who are tired of noise with no meaning.
I created this space for the writer who buries wisdom, we call theme, into entertainment and literature through subtext.
I created this space to write about ancient wisdom, modern life, and the intersection of spirit and thought, through meditation, philosophy, history, and soul.
I created this space as a writer, a teacher, a daughter, a mother, a witness to grief and pain, and someone who refuses to accept a world that worships power over peace.
I created this space because I believe we’re on the cusp of a new paradigm – one shaped by empathy, reflection, conscious evolution, in conjunction with leadership, but even more important, collaboration.
I created this blog not just as a collection of thoughts and historical accounts but as a soft revolution.
Thank you for being here.
I’m Mariana. M.C. Convery is my author name.
I hold a Master’s in English with a concentration in screenwriting and have spent years teaching young minds how to think critically, write with power, and question everything. I’ve lost people I love, walked through grief, rejection, disappointment, and pain; and still, I believe in the beauty of the human spirit.
My work blends philosophy, storytelling, and spirituality, often through a feminine lens that has been left out of the conversation for too long. I created The Silent Philosopher as a home for thoughtfulness in a loud and distracted world – a place where we can explore what it means to live wisely, bravely, and with heart.
Again, I thank you for being here.
